Let us do the heavy lifting! Regal House Furniture offers DELIVERY and FREE IN-HOME SET UP! Deliveries can be scheduled for morning (8:30am-12:30pm) or afternoon (12:30-4:30pm). Need your ‘old pieces’ removed? Regal House will be happy to arrange that for you as well!

How can I order?
Ordering may be processed by calling our toll-free number (800-664-5242) or by visiting our store in New Bedford. Online specials may be ordered directly on our website. See Online Specials for more information.
How can I pay for my order?
Regal House accepts Visa, Mastercard, or Discover. We offer 90 days same as cash along with other credit plans available through finance companies. A 20% deposit is required for order. When furniture is ready to be shipped, we will contact you to arrange delivery & final payment.
Is there a sales tax?
Regal House must collect a 5% sales tax from customers residing in MA. If you live in another state, it is up to you to comply with applicable state tax in your state.
Can I change my mind on a submitted order?
Orders may be cancelled without penalty within 3 days of ordering. Cancellations accepted after this period will result in a loss of the customers deposit.
How are the orders delivered and what are the costs?
You will receive an estimated delivery time when you order your merchandise. While we strive to meet or beat these times, such estimates are subject to manufacturers production and scheduling changes. Regal House is not responsible for manufacturers delays. Once your order has arrived, you will be contacted within 48-72 hours and home delivery and in-home set-up can be arranged.
My furniture was delivered with damages, now what happens?
All furniture is opened and insected before delivery. However, furniture sometimes come in with minor damages. If this happens, please call our service department at 508-998-3017 and a furniture repair expert will arrange to inspect and repair and/or replace the merchandise.
