Our designers can begin with the space planning and finish with the final accessories. The minimal $100 consultation fee is refunded with your purchase of $500 or more!

What payment options do you accept?

We accept Cash, MasterCard, Visa, and Discover. For those who qualify, No Interest financing options are available through GE Capital. Ask your salesperson for more details.

Do you offer financing?

Yes, you can apply for GE Capital financing. There are many financing options depending on the purchase. Financing is available at 965 Church Street or 661 Belleville Avenue.

Please note: We require a photo ID and signature to complete the finance application process. Finance requests are unable to be processed online.

Do you offer layaway?

We offer a layaway purchase option to help you with your furniture purchase. With a minimum deposit of 20%, we will guarantee the price of your merchandise selection for up to 6 months at no additional cost, no interest or hidden fees.
– Regular monthly payments are required to keep an item on layaway.
– If you move, please don't forget to give us your new address and telephone numbers.

Do you have special financing promotions?

Yes! At different times during the year, we advertise special financing promotions. We will make sure that our web site in updated with relevant information when these types of promotions happen. You can also sign up for our email promotions and newsletters and we will send you a reminder email when we run the next promotion special.

What are my options for delivery?

Delivery for any mattress and/or mattress set is free. Delivery is available within a 120 mile radius from our store and includes free in home set up. Each piece is opened, assembled and inspected before delivery. Once in your home, our delivery team will place and complete the assembly. The delivery charge is $40.00 within the 30 mile radius. For deliveries between the 30 mile radius and 80 mile radius, the delivery charge is $80.00. For deliveries out of the 80 mile radius please call RHF at 508-998-3017. The delivery charge is added to the price of your merchandise. Your balance must be paid in full before delivery, unless you qualify for GE Capital through Regal House Furniture.

Can I pick up my furniture myself and avoid delivery charges?

Yes, you can. A Customer Care Specialist will arrange for the merchandise to be picked up from our 965 Church St. location or the 661 Belleville Ave. location.

In order for Regal House Furniture to retrieve, inspect and wrap your items from our warehouse, please let us know at least 48 hours before pick up. This will help expedite your pick up as we have more than one warehouse. Warehouse associates at the 965 Church St. location are available to assist you from 9:00 am - 4:00 pm, Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday and Saturday. After 4:00 pm, see the office staff. Your purchase can be placed on our loading dock for you to pick up and load with no assistance. Please bring straps and blankets to help your furniture get home safely. Some assembly may be required once you get you new furniture home. If your decision is to pick up your furniture, you will be responsible for any possible, unexpected damage after leaving our warehouse premises. Please make sure you inspect all items before leaving our warehouses.

Warehouse associates at the 661 Belleville Ave. location are available to assist you from 10:00 am – 6:00 pm on Thursdays, Fridays, Saturdays and Mondays. Scheduled pick ups are also available at the 661 Belleville Ave. location on Sundays between 12:00 pm – 5:00 pm.

Do I have to wait at home all day for delivery?

We understand that you are busy. When one of our Customer Care Specialists arranges your delivery date, they will specify if it is an AM or PM delivery. AM is during the hours of 8:30 am - 12:00 pm. PM delivery is between 12:30 pm – 4:00 pm. To ensure you get the best service, we can give you a better idea of what time the delivery will take place if you call us after 8: 30 am the same day of your delivery at 508-998-3017. We can also arrange a call ahead before your scheduled delivery time.

What if I notice damage to my furniture during delivery?

Regal House Furniture makes every attempt to ensure that your furniture arrives to you in the condition you would expect. However, if you find any damage at the point of delivery, please point it out to the drivers. Please also contact a Regal House Furniture Customer Care Specialist by calling 508-998-3017 or 1-800-664-5242. We will make sure the problem is addressed and you are satisfied.

What quality furniture does Regal House Furniture sell?

What are the warranties on my furniture?

Warranties vary by manufacturer. Regal House Furniture also offers a 5-Year Product Protection Plan. The plan covers fabric, leather, vinyl, wood and area rugs. We offer in-home service, live personal assistance, online furniture care tips, 100% parts & labor, and replacement if we cannot repair your furniture. The Product Protection Plan covers accidental damage like punctures and rips to fabric, leather and vinyl. Also included in the coverage are food and beverage spills, human and pet bodily fluids (except perspiration and bodily oils), ball point pen, and nail polish. Manufacturer defects are also included like warping of frame, breakage, cracking, peeling of the finish on solid wood, wood veneered or wood laminated furniture. Failure of electrical components including motors and clocks are also covered along with defects in hydraulics, mechanisms, springs and coils. Pricing for the Product Protection Plan starts as low as $99.00. During the 5-years, if you do not utilize the Product Protection Plan, we will refund your $99.00.

Is my furniture in stock?

In most cases, the furniture we offer in the showroom is in stock. In the event that your desired custom piece needs to be ordered, we can assure a prompt ordering process. When possible, if we are out of stock but expecting a delivery of the product, we will let you know at the time of purchase when it is expected to be in stock.

How do I protect my leather?

Regal House Furniture leather if covered under the Product Protection Plan. If you decide not to partake in the plan we offer varieties of leather care systems. Single Item Leather Care System for $92.00 and the Mohawk Finishing Product, Leather Care Kit for $69.99. Both varieties are available at our 965 Church Street location.

What if I have a problem with my furniture after delivery?

If, after delivery, you notice a problem with your furniture, we have a full time Customer Service department that is here to assist you with any difficulties.

How do I care for my mattress?

Here are a few tips to ensure that you get the most comfort and the longest life from you new mattress and foundation.

 – Make sure the sleep set is installed properly. All sleep set should be installed on a sturdy metal bed frame with center support for queen and king sized beds. We offer both standard frames and extra sturdy frames. If the bed is going on an existing bed in you home, make sure that the bed has sturdy center support when using queen and kind mattress and foundation.

 – Rotate & Flip the mattress. Do this several time during the first three months, and then, at least two or three times a year. If your mattress is not a pillow top, be sure to flip it for the best support.

Refund and Return Policy

All refunds by check and credit cards receive an in store credit. GE Capital credits are used. No cash refunds. Returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee or higher. Returns will be less the delivery fee. No refund or cancellation of the order after 3 days of the date of the order. Monthly payments are required on all special or layaway orders.

Gift Certificates

Regal House Furniture gift certificates are available in any denomination. It's easy and simple to do. Gift certificates are available at our 965 Church Street location.
